epoq Continues to Grow With Real-Time Personalisation

Ettlingen, 19 June 2019 - epoq moved into a larger software forge with a campus feel at the beginning of the second quarter to literally give more space to the holistic real-time personalisation of digital commerce.

Larger software forge: more space and new opportunities for real-time personalisation

Since April, epoq has been located in SQUARE Ettlingen. In the modern building with a creative office concept, an almost twice as large area offers the software company room for further growth. Flexibly configurable meeting rooms as well as communication and quiet zones ensure a pleasant and productive working environment. “It was important to us to find a place that allows employees to develop creatively and where the team can continue to grow,” says Thorsten Mühling, founder and managing director. In addition to the new customers who have been part of the epoq universe since 2018, such as the spice manufacturer Ankerkraut from Hamburg, known from the show “Höhle der Löwen”, existing customers have also decided to go deeper into real-time personalisation with their online shop.

The new location offers new space for employees as well as customers and partners. Plans for the first in-house event are already underway. On 26 May 2020, epoq and the ECC Club will be hosting the “ECC Club on Tour – powered by epoq” with exciting presentations for established shop operators on real-time personalisation.

Expanded range of services: Customer Success Management

With the newly established Customer Success Management (CSM) department, epoq is expanding its range of services and, in addition to the comprehensive technical support provided by the customer service team, is also offering its customers more in-depth content-related support for real-time personalisation. The scope of services includes individual workshops and training sessions for customers on the optimal use of epoq services as well as the managed service for support in daily business.

Holistic Personalisation: The Digital Salesperson

On the way to realising the digital salesperson, epoq is announcing a series of AI-based further developments that will be presented for the first time at DMEXCO 2019. These are about even deeper real-time personalisation capabilities for digital commerce, bringing online shoppers even closer to the personal shopping experience.
